Additional charges

Freeze dried bacilli and thermolysates are available at the price as indicated in the table above. Genomic DNA and fresh cultures come with an extra cost to be determined as per client’s requirements.

Packaging and shipping fee will be added per shipment.

  • For Biosafety Level 1 & 2 material: 10 EUR
  • For Biosafety Level 3 material: 30 EUR

Courier costs will be charged only in case the customer has no local courier account number.

Handling fee and banking costs will be charged per invoice.

discount of 10% is offered when ten or more publicly available biological resources are ordered at the same time.

bOnly possible if you have a BCCM/ITM customer number, which will be allocated to your company/laboratory after your first order.

Specifications to be mentioned in the order form/letter for sample supply

For strains from the public collection, please specify:

  • the exact identification of the requested materials (species name and ITM accession number);
  • the preferred format of supplied material: freeze-dried, active culture, DNA;
  • the invoice address if different from the shipping address;
  • the VAT number of the company if applicable;
  • in case of payment by credit card: name of credit card holder, credit card number, expiry date;
  • a confirmation that the persons responsible for handling the biological material have read and agree to the conditions stated in the BCCM Material Transfer Agreement.
