Selection marker: Bleomycin (bleo; zeomycin (zeo; Zeocin); phleomycin (phleo))
Replicon: Escherichia coli plasmid pMB1 origin
Host range: Escherichia coli
Pichia pastoris
Parental clone: pPpT4-Alpha-S; pCD-F-MALT1-Ig2-MycHis
Further information: The plasmid was constructed by PCR amplifying the human MALT1 fragment from pCD-F-MALT1C-Ig2-MycHis, including the N-terminal FLAG-tag and C-terminal myc- and His-tags, and cloning it into the SnaBI/NotI opened pPpT4-Alpha-S vector.
The human MALT1 coding sequence lacks the death domain and the first Ig domain.
Other name of the plasmid is pPpT4alphaS-F-MALT1-Ig2-WT-myc/his.
