|Further information:||The plasmid was constructed by cloning a PstI-ClaI fragment of pMS110, containing codons 2-400 of cyaA, into the PstI/ClaI opened pMS3 plasmid.
This is a reporter plasmid for the yopE'-cyaA' hybrid gene.
The plasmid contains a fragment of the B. pertussis cyaA gene, containing nucleotides 4 to 1197 and a fragment of the Y. enterocolitica yopE gene, containing nucleotides 1 to 390.
Other name of the plasmid is pTM100 sycE+PyopEyopE130-cyaA'+.
