Selection marker: Chloramphenicol (cam)
Replicon: Broad-host-range plasmid RK2 origin of transfer (oriT)
Escherichia coli plasmid p15A origin
Host range: Escherichia coli
Gram-negative bacterial strains
Parental clone: pMS110; pMS3
Further information: The plasmid was constructed by cloning a PstI-ClaI fragment of pMS110, containing codons 2-400 of cyaA, into the PstI/ClaI opened pMS3 plasmid.
This is a reporter plasmid for the yopE'-cyaA' hybrid gene.
The plasmid contains a fragment of the B. pertussis cyaA gene, containing nucleotides 4 to 1197 and a fragment of the Y. enterocolitica yopE gene, containing nucleotides 1 to 390.
Other name of the plasmid is pTM100 sycE+PyopEyopE130-cyaA'+.
EMBL Accession number: -
Latest sequence update: 03/07/2014
Authenticity test: Restriction enzyme pattern analysed at GeneCorner: EcoRI, EcoRV and NcoI.

The results of the authenticity test suggest the plasmid to be around 500 bp larger than the compiled sequence.
Class: Recombinant plasmid
Type: Plasmid
History of deposit: This plasmid was deposited by Prof. Dr G. Cornelis(1). It was constructed by Dr M.-P. Sory(2).
