Further information: The plasmid was constructed by inserting the BamHI-ClaI fragment from pMRT7, containing the S. cerevisiae Ubi coding sequence in frame with the N-terminal Myc epitope sequence, under the control of the copper-inducible CUP1 promoter, into the BamHI-ClaI digested pRS423 vector.
The nucleotide sequence of the parental pRS423 plasmid can be found in the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database under accession number U03454.1.
EMBL Accession number: U03454.1, view at EMBL, GenBank, DDBJ
